Due to the hygienic nature of our products and their intended use, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and delivering your order. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to support you.

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 3–5 working days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • Clear images of the damaged product and packaging are shared

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment
Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect.
